三棧溪垃圾擺車收納分責清運 - 聯合新聞網

花蓮縣三棧溪遊客多，垃圾汙染嚴重，花蓮縣政府環保局稽查人員昨天會同相關單位到場現勘，擬出短期改善計畫，視情況逐步改善，減少垃圾問題。

三棧溪垃圾問題嚴重，新城、秀林鄉民都很關切，新城鄉長錢自立昨天也前往現場，了解情況；環保局稽查人員會勘時，鄉民擔心垃圾成為汙染源，「我們勸過遊客，但因為不具公權力，反而遭人反嗆多管閒事。」

環保局環境稽查科表示，會勘後已釐清各區域的權責單位，將分別通知新城鄉、秀林鄉和建設處水利課等單位進行清運作業，恢復環境整潔，同時也會加強稽查和設置垃圾子車，減少髒亂。

稽查人員說，近期內將在三棧溪上、下游各設1輛垃圾子車，並請新城、秀林鄉清潔隊定時清運，也會在明顯位置設立告示牌，呼籲民眾隨手帶走垃圾。

民眾認為，設立子車雖有助改善髒亂，但仍有部分民眾任意棄置垃圾，希望縣府能趕快提撥經費，由地方雇工負責清理作業。
