台灣知名收納品牌商樹德企業，今年3月獲得全球四大設計獎之一的德國IF首獎，也是台灣收納品牌唯一獲得此殊榮的業者，樹德企業總經理吳宜叡開心地親自飛到慕尼黑領獎。樹德企業第二代吳宜叡，正是這家擁有44年歷史的傳統企業、能順利轉型蛻變的推手。

吳宜叡的出現，讓收納商品不再只是非黑即白，顏色多彩多姿，由於樹德每年至少研發30款新商品，許多新產品一推出就大受歡迎，例如結合收納功能的兒童坐凳「躲貓貓」、「皮皮蛙」等，推出後頗為熱銷，目前生產線24小時加班仍供不應求。

吳宜叡表示，樹德台中千坪自動化生產線已滿載，現正規畫在南投南崗工業區打造一座營業面積逾1萬坪的生產基地，樹德將公開徵件、採國際標，「打造全台灣最美的綠建築」。

吳宜叡表示，南投自動化生產線預計103年動工、106年完工後，可望成為台灣最大的綜合收納生產基地，月產能將倍增，滿足內外銷強烈需求。

自英國倫敦藝術大學中央聖馬汀設計學院畢業後的吳宜叡，接下父母親打下的樹德根基後，為搶攻外銷市場，2002年成立國外部與精密模具廠；2003年成立16人的研發設計部門，讓收納產品設計兼具實用與質感，並自創「livinbox」品牌，10年來陸續將收納商品外銷全世界6大洲、70個國家，目前外銷已占總營收7成。

「livinbox」品牌外銷布局，現已打進美國知名收納產品連鎖通路The Container Store、美國第一大DIY居家修繕連鎖通路HOMEDEPOT、美國第二大辦公文具連鎖通路OFFICE DEPOT。

不僅如此，「livinbox」品牌還打進澳洲第一大辦公文具連鎖通路Officeworks、法國第一大居家收納集團通路Cultura、英國知名手工藝品品牌Creativity、法國知名家飾品牌Alinea、英國第一大家居廚房郵購通路LAKELAND、澳洲消費用品主力連鎖通路TARGET、加拿大第二大連鎖生鮮超市等等。

吳宜叡說，突破與創新的過程雖然漫長且辛苦，但是因為消費者的支持，讓樹德不寂寞，「希望有一天樹德能在國際舞台上發光發熱，讓全世界都知道，樹德來自台灣」！
