多年來的習慣，家裡會定期進行大掃除，平常大約兩周一次，若忙一點可能三周，至多不會超過一個月。大掃除時全家總動員，共同整理居家環境。我喜歡帶著兩個兒子一起打掃，讓孩子有參與感，知道「家」是屬於每個人的，每個家庭成員都有責任清理維護。
經常在打掃過後，會整理出一些不再需要的物品或衣物，為了不占空間，只好拿去資源回收或送給需要的親友。有時候心中難免納悶：家裡怎麼會有這麼多東西呢？
追根究柢發現，是因為收納方式不完善，有些物品收納到櫃子之後不見天日，以致日後又重複購買。因此，我下定決心好好規畫家裡的收納方式，把現有空間重新規畫配置，並添購一些衣架、櫃子，作為收納空間。

智能手機時代，不少大學生上課聊微信、刷微博，而在河南洛陽理工學院工程管理系的教室，情況大不相同。
交了手機再上課。人民視覺
教室第一排，一塊數尺見方的布上有幾十個小口袋，上面標著數字。“這是手機收納袋，數字是學生的學號，每個學生對應一個。”輔導員李喜榮說，“有了手機收納袋，上課基本上不用點名了，學生出勤率明顯提升。”

“去年，我在網上看到有高校課前將學生手機統一收集、課後歸還，覺得主意不錯，就把‘任務’佈置給系裡6個班級。沒想到今年一開學，學生們就從網上買來手機收納袋，課前將手機或靜音或關機後放入收納袋，課後取回。”李喜榮說。
